About Vickie Hogan
I am a realtor with RE/MAX Center one of metro Atlanta’s top real estate firms. We have offices in Duluth, Dacula and Johns Creek. Before joining RE/MAX Center, I spent 20 years working for national homebuilders selling new homes. Working as a senior sales counselor for 17 years with one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, I was involved in many aspects of design features and material choices of homes offered throughout the metro Atlanta area. My commitment now is to offer my services in all aspects of the real estate industry. Although my primary focus is distressed sales; as a listing agent representing banks on foreclosed properties as well as working with distressed homeowners to negotiate with their mortgage holders to take a short pay off on their existing mortgage. I am also an Accredited Buyers Agent and am skilled in navigating even the most complex transactions. I continue to hone my skills with ongoing training and designations. I currently hold CDPE, CIAS, A-REO, EPRO, ABR & Five Star REO, BPO & Short Sale designations.
